<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof structure mounted with an illuminating device capable of simplifying and miniaturizing a structure of an illuminating device, generating large photovoltaic electric power and being easily installed. <P>SOLUTION: A roof structure mounted with an illuminating device 1 comprises: a light-permeable board material 10; a frame material 20 to support the light-permeable board material 10; a solar panel 70 to convert solar energy into electric energy; and an illuminating device 30. The light-permeable board material 10 has only a curved portion which is convex upward. The light illuminating device 30 is integrally assembled with: a power source section 31 with a battery 33 to store the electric energy converted by the solar panel 70, and a light emitting section 51 with a light-emitting diode 52 to light up by the electric power supplied by the battery 33.
