<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easier determination method for warm-up completion of an oscillator. <P>SOLUTION: A clock supply device 1 supplies a clock signal which is used for processing in a communication device. An oscillator 1a generates the clock signal. A measurement unit 1b obtains a reference clock signal which is extracted from a transmission channel connected to the communication device, and measures a frequency deviation between the clock signal and the reference clock signal.
