<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gyro sensor driving device that speedily stops driving of a gyro sensor by performing reverse driving during the driving of the gyro sensor, and speedily changes axes of a multi-axial gyro sensor to make multi-axial sensing fast. <P>SOLUTION: The gyro sensor driving device includes a detection part which detects by a detection electrode a voltage commensurate with deformation of the gyro sensor by vibration and Coriolis force generated with a drive voltage supplied from a drive electrode; a phase shifter which generates a drive voltage by shifting the voltage from the detection part by a preset phase so as to satisfy oscillation phase conditions; an inversion part which generates an inversion voltage by inverting the voltage from the phase shifter so as to stop the driving of the gyro sensor; a selection part which selects one of the drive voltage from the phase shifter and the inversion voltage from the inversion part; and an amplification part which amplifies the drive voltage or inversion voltage from the selection part with a preset gain and supplies the voltage to the drive electrode of the gyro sensor so as to satisfy oscillation phase conditions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
