<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker which enables cost reduction by cutting down the number of components through the adoption of a main circuit board obtained by integrating a touch input detection circuit board and a display circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: An induction heating cooker 2 comprises: a housing 3 which is opened on its top face, and which has heating means 8, 9 and 10 and a control unit 27 in the inside; a top plate 16 which is arranged over a top face opening 3a of the housing 3 so as to cover the opening; an electrode substrate 38 mounted on the underside of a front edge of the top plate; and a main circuit board 11, which is obtained by integrating a touch input detection circuit part 11A and a display circuit part 11B, arranged in the vicinity of the electrode substrate 38 inside the housing.
