<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rouse a person staying in the space of a living room under air conditioning to save energy. <P>SOLUTION: An opening/closing sensor 5 detects an open/closed state of a door 4 opening/closing an area AR1 to the outside. A positioning communication apparatus 7 detects positional information of a terminal 6 to be positioned in the area AR1. In the case where the open state of the door 4 is detected by the opening/closing sensor 5 while an air conditioner (2, 3) works, an integral management device 8 transmits alert information to the terminal 6 to be positioned which is closest to the door.
