<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector device capable of achieving reduction of insertion force at the time of fitting a connector. <P>SOLUTION: A connector device comprises a first connector and a second connector that can be fitted to the first connector. The first connector has a housing, and primary and secondary type terminals arranged like a cantilever beam along the fitting direction and oppositely to each other, in the housing. The second connector has a housing and a contact member. A contact part in the secondary type terminal is arranged at a position nearer to the second connector in the fitting direction compared with the contact part in the primary type terminal. When each of these contact parts are displaced to the side nearing to the mating terminal along the opposite direction, the tip vicinity of the contact part in the primary type terminal is housed in a recessed curved space formed on the side nearing to the mating terminal by the contact part in the secondary type terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
