摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor assembly which has excellent mechanical robustness and electrical performance. <P>SOLUTION: An accumulation capacitor assembly accommodates at least two solid electrolytic capacitor elements electrically connected to a common anode and cathode terminal. The capacitor elements accommodates an anode, a dielectric coating formed by anode oxidation and overlapped on the anode, and a conductive polymer solid electrolyte overlapped on the dielectric layer. The capacitor elements are separated with a certain distance from each other so that a resin material can fill a space between the elements. The resin material can limit the expansion of the conductive polymer layer to the extent that it is not virtually peeled off from the capacitor elements. The capacitor assembly has mechanical stability in addition to an excellent combination of electrical characteristics such as low ESR, high capacitance, and a high dielectric breakdown voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
