<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head up display device that controls deterioration of the shock-absorbing function of a housing due to a mirror. <P>SOLUTION: The head up display device mounted on the lower side of a windshield glass of a vehicle, includes: a display for generating a visible light ray; a mirror for reflecting the visible light ray generated by the display to change the irradiation direction of the visible light ray; and the housing that houses the display and the mirror and has a supporting part for supporting the mirror.
