<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double mixing construction method which enables forming of firmer shell structure at perimeter of aggregate, and enables manufacturing of mortar or concrete which has outstanding physical properties. <P>SOLUTION: In the double mixing construction method, manufacturing of mortar or concrete is carried out by dividing mixing water into primary water and secondary water, performing adjustment mixing by adding primary water to the aggregate, and after adding powdery hydraulicity substance, performing primary mixing while capillary and forming the shell structure in perimeter of the aggregate, performing secondary mixing by adding the secondary water. After adjustment mixing, primary mixing is performed by adding cement for forming the shell structure, and after forming the shell structure in the perimeter of the aggregate with this cement, the secondary mixing is performed by adding the secondary water with the remaining hydraulicity substance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
