摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more expansive method for carrying out extensive treatment of classifying separation (precision separation) of a solid having small diameter or a solid with a small size difference by using conventional various vibrating screening machines. <P>SOLUTION: A blow unit is constituted by fixing, to a rotary shaft, a rotor unit formed of a rotor having a plurality of child rotary shafts and child rotors. A vibrating mechanism in which the child rotor collides with a screen to cause vibration is used. The cross section of the rotary shaft is made to be a regular polygon. A difference in respective radians of lines perpendicularly intersecting respective end sides of the regular polygon from the rotation center is utilized. Relative radians of engaging fixing of the respective rotor units are made to be shifted so that adjacent each or every two or more groups among a plurality of rotor units fixed to the same rotary shaft has shifted relative radian of the child rotary shaft and child rotor. Consequently the number of oscillatory wave phases given to the screen of a set of the blow units becomes larger than the number of oscillatory wave phases generated by a set of the rotor unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
