<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulating dispersion system which disperses a substance in a mixture while circulating the slurry or liquid mixture, has a simplified shaft seal structure of a dispersion device and has elongated service life. <P>SOLUTION: In the circulating dispersion system connecting a liquid feeding pump, a rotor type continuous dispersion device and a storage tank, the dispersion device has an oil seal structure, and the out-flow amount of the mixture from a rotor is made to be larger than the in-flow amount thereof to the rotor.
