<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic baking furnace capable of minimizing defect of a ceramic substrate to be baked by preparing uniform gas atmosphere inside of the baking furnace. <P>SOLUTION: This ceramic baking furnace includes a case having an internal space in which a molding is disposed, a heating element disposed inside of the case and diffusing heat, and a number of air supply sections fastened in a state of penetrating through the case rotatably by external force to supply a gas to the internal space of the case. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
