The operating unit has a cooling water chamber (3) formed on a path of a cooling water circuit between side-part end side housing (1) and side-part end side disk. The cooling water chamber is connected with another cooling water chamber between a side-part operating side disk and a side-part operating side housing through a set of cooling bore holes that include connection channels (19). The cooling bore holes are continuously formed on a circumference of a mantel housing along an axial direction and provided with a trochoidal runway at equal distance.
