The system has two permanent magnets (101, 111) movable relative to each other. Poles of the permanent magnets are arranged to face each other in same direction. A variable magnetic field interaction zone (108) is formed between the permanent magnets. An induction coil (103) for electromagnetic interaction with the permanent magnets is provided in an electromagnetic coupling region, where the coupling region overlaps with the variable magnetic field interaction zone. The induction coil is arranged within the permanent magnets.
