<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a general-purpose concentration analyzer utilizing temporal change of photocurrent and capable of analyzing compounds and ions which have not been able to be detected or quantified. <P>SOLUTION: A highly porous semiconductor thin film optical anode and an oxygen reduction cathode are included in a sensor portion together with an LED, and the sensor portion is used together with an LED lighting circuit, a circuit for electromagnetic agitation, and a photocurrent temporal change measuring instrument, whereby compounds and ions are quantified. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
