发明名称 METAL SUBSTRATE FOR CATALYST AND DENITRATION CATALYST USING THE SAME
摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal substrate which is hardly corroded even when being exposed for a long period of time in an actual usage environment of a catalyst and to provide a denitration catalyst which can maintain a low SO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>oxidation rate over the long term. <P>SOLUTION: The substrate is characterized in that a phosphate is carried together with silica and titanium oxide in layers on the surface of the metal substrate. The substrate is produced by immersing the metal substrate into a treatment liquid slurried by adding the phosphate to a treatment liquid including colloidal silica, titanium oxide fine particle and polyvinyl alcohol, thereby, carrying the silica, titanium oxide, polyvinyl alcohol and phosphate on the metal substrate and, thereafter, drying and calcinating the treated metal substrate to form a corrosion-resistant film on the surface of the metal substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
