<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board printing system which, when there occurs a board rejected for poor printing, can continue printing and inspection to other boards for increased productivity, reduce a size of a board production line, and carry the boards once ejected from a printing inspection unit back into the line again for improved yield. <P>SOLUTION: The board printing system comprises a printing unit 2 which prints solder paste to boards K; a printing inspection unit 7 which inspects the printed state of the solder paste on the boards K; transport means (a first conveyor 3) which transports the boards K by sequentially sending them from a carrying-out section 23 of the printing unit 2 to a carrying-in section 71 of the printing inspection unit 7; forward/reverse feed retention means (a second conveyor 4) which can retain a rejected board which was found disqualified in the printing inspection unit 7 and was delivered and sent back from the carrying-in section 71 of the printing inspection unit 7 and also can carry a rejected board into the carrying-in section 71 of the printing inspection unit 7 by sending it forward; and selection means (a conveyor lifting unit 5) which selectively uses either one of the transport means and the forward/reverse feed retention means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
