<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water leakage treatment method for an earth retaining wall which is inexpensive, excellent in workability and devised to prevent leaked water from penetrating into a skeleton. <P>SOLUTION: A water leakage treatment method for an earth retaining wall of the present invention includes the processes: to construct an earth retaining wall D by driving soldier beams 1 made of H-steel into the ground with a prescribed interval and installing wooden breast boards 2 sequentially between the neighboring soldier beams 1 and 1; to construct a drainage ditch 3 along a lower section of the earth retaining wall D; and to place a waterproof sheet 5 which covers an upper edge of the earth retaining wall D and a front surface of the same. The waterproof sheet 5 is placed so that leaked water from the earth retaining wall D runs down along an inner surface of the waterproof sheet 5 into the drainage ditch 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
