The present invention refers to a range for saving solid fuel such as wood, coal, amongst others, which components are light and which configuration may reduce risks of accidents. The range is formed by a combustion chamber, a body, a heat transference chamber and an exhaust chamber. The range uses the flow of hot air from the combustion chamber which components prevent the smoke from being introduced into the user zone and allow a plate for cooking food to be heated. The aforesaid characteristic allows the hot air to be introduced into the heat transference chamber, thus increasing in a progressive manner the temperature in a constant and controlled manner. As a consequence of the configuration of the range, an acceleration in the pressure is generated, thereby increasing the extraction of the smokes through the exhaust stack and avoiding the introduction thereof into the house. Likewise, the use of thermal insulating materials is suggested in order to avoid the excessive heating of the range body and the exhaust stack. Moreover, the components of the range are sized according to a single size so as to maintain the proportionality of the functional configuration of the range.
