A locking processing method on a mobile terminal, the mobile terminal and a network side are provided. The method includes the following steps: the mobile terminal acquires a locking processing instruction on the mobile terminal (S202); the locking processing operation is performed on the mobile terminal according to the locking processing instruction on the mobile terminal (S204). With the present invention, the user experience is improved and the various requirements customized to the mobile terminal by the operator are met.
