<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit generation of a common mode current by preventing generation of stray capacitance due to voltage fluctuations. <P>SOLUTION: The charging method, to charge storage means using an electronic charger equipped with each of switching arms (A, B, C) having a first switch and a second switch, includes: a step of making an instruction of closing a predetermined quantity of the first switches for corresponding closing duration (tf<SB POS="POST">A</SB>, tf<SB POS="POST">B</SB>, tf<SB POS="POST">C</SB>); and a step of concurrently closing a fixed quantity of the first switches by making an instruction of the other first switches for corresponding closing duration (tf<SB POS="POST">A</SB>, tf<SB POS="POST">B</SB>, tf<SB POS="POST">C</SB>) when each of the first switches that have already been blocked is opened.
