<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oriented electromagnetic steel plate where the core loss is reduced by magnetic domain fragmenting processing, and noise generated when the oriented electromagnetic steel plate is used and stacked on a transformer iron core can be effectively suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: In this oriented electromagnetic steel plate with a magnetic domain structure that has been changed by the introduction of a distortion without traces of processing, a magnetic flux density B<SB POS="POST">8</SB>is set to 1.92T or greater, then the ratio between an average magnetic domain width W<SB POS="POST">0</SB>prior to distortion-introducing processing and an average magnetic domain width W<SB POS="POST">a</SB>of a processing surface after distortion-introducing processing is set to W<SB POS="POST">a</SB>/W<SB POS="POST">0</SB><0.4, the ratio between an average magnetic domain width W<SB POS="POST">b</SB>in an unprocessed surface and W<SB POS="POST">a</SB>is set to W<SB POS="POST">a</SB>/W<SB POS="POST">b</SB>>0.7, the ratio between an average width W<SB POS="POST">c</SB>for a magnetic domain non-continuous section in the processing surface as a result of distortion-introduction processing and an average width W<SB POS="POST">d</SB>for a magnetic domain non-continuous section in the unprocessed surface is set to W<SB POS="POST">d</SB>/W<SB POS="POST">c</SB>>0.8, and W<SB POS="POST">c</SB><0.35 mm is set. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
