<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pin sliding disc brake that prevents drag of a friction pad and enables easy replacement of the friction pad. <P>SOLUTION: A caliper body 3 of the disc brake 1 is formed so as to rotate with friction pads 7 and 8 around a second slide pin 6 with respect to a caliper bracket 4, while a first slide pin 5 is removed. The caliper bracket 4 includes first and second torque receiving surfaces 4e and 4m formed on the side of the first slide pin, at the inside and outside in the disk radial direction.
