<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spike and spike shoes which has long service life and easily fits to feet and make wearing feeling good by keeping a shape according to individual differences of the movement and physical characteristics inherent to users in a long period of time while attaining high wearing resistance by the highly hard members. <P>SOLUTION: The spike 10 has the protruding part 12 and the securing seat 11. The protruding part 12 is constituted of the distal end part 26 located at the distal end in the protruding direction and the body part 27 extending from the bent 13 to the distal end part 26. The body part 27 is constituted of a steel material for a carbon tool steel. The chips 22 are brazed to both the side end parts of a the body part 27.
