<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus and a program capable of associating an expansion plan image showing an expansion plan with a line that corresponds to a feature of the expansion plan. <P>SOLUTION: An expansion plan image acquisition part 38 acquires an expansion plan image showing an expansion plan. Line information acquisition part 42 acquires line information associated with feature information indicating a feature of the expansion plan image acquired by the expansion plan image acquisition part 38 stored in an information storage part 30 that associates the line information that indicates a line given to the expansion plan with the feature information that indicates the feature of the expansion plan.
