<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus and a program, in which when an image to be arranged in a plurality of development elevations is arranged in a form corresponding to each of the plurality of development elevations, labor of a user is reduced relative to prior arts. <P>SOLUTION: An obtaining section 22 obtains an image associated with a reference area to be a reference in a first development elevation. The obtaining section 22 obtains arrangement rule information indicating an arrangement rule of an image for an arrangement area which is a area in a second development elevation in which an image is arranged.
