<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a decoration 1, allowing joining of a metal pin 3 to the rear face side of a ceramic or china decoration body 2 with stable strength and a stable service life. <P>SOLUTION: The rear face side of the decoration body 2 is formed with a joining hole 5 having a shape which has a bottomed straight hole 5a (here, "a straight hole" means a straight hole wherein a cross sectional shape orthogonal to a hole axis is nearly uniform in a hole axis direction thereof) thicker than a base part 3a of the metal pin 3 as a basic shape, and has an expansion space part 5b expanded to the outside direction from an opening part in an inner circumferential part in an inner part of the bottomed straight hole 5a, and thereafter the decoration body 2 is finally glost-fired. The outer face of the base part 3a of the metal pin 3 is formed with a convex, concave, or irregularly shaped locking means 3b, the base part 3a of the metal pin 3 is installed in the joining hole 5 of the decoration body 2, a joining medium 4 having fluidity is filled in a gap between the outer face of the base part 3a of the metal pin 3 and the inner face of the joining hole 5 of the decoration body 2, and furthermore, the joining medium 4 is hardened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
