<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gaming machine allowing a player to play a game without excessively feeling anxiety. <P>SOLUTION: The gaming machine generating a special game status when a variation display game has a special result, has: a start prize winning storage unit for storing starting storage as the right of execution of the variation display game up to a predetermined upper limit based on the entrance of a game ball into a start prize winning area; a probability setting unit for generating a high-probability state in which the probability that the variation display game has a special result is higher than usual, after the end of the special game status; a probability dropping lottery unit for deciding whether the probability state is shifted to a normal probability state or not by probability dropping lottery every time the variation display game is executed in the high probability state; a probability drop predetermining unit for determining whether the high probability state wins a probability dropping lottery to be shifted to the normal probability state or not before execution of the variable display game based on the start storage; and a unit for previously reporting non-dropping of a probability, which previously notifies a player of inclusion of start storage determined as non-winning of a probability dropping lottery by the probability drop predetermining unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
