<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-to-vehicle communicating device capable of selectively transmitting useful information for driving while preventing the quantity of information from overflowing the available capacity. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle-to-vehicle communicating device comprises a receiver that receives signals including information from another vehicle, a transmitter that transmits signals including information on the system-equipped vehicle and information from the other vehicle from which information has been received, and a transmission control means that determines whether or not the transmitter should transmit a given signal. An information communicating system for transmitting and disseminating information (e.g. traffic jam information) to a vehicle located where direct communication is impossible by relaying the information by vehicle-to-vehicle communication via a plurality of vehicles, is capable of selectively transmitting useful information for driving while preventing the quantity of information from overflowing the available capacity by controlling the method of communicating information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
