<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting mechanism of a headlight, which can increase the durability of the headlight. <P>SOLUTION: The headlight 10 includes a bulb 110, a base member 112 and a lens 114. An optical axis-adjusting part 126 for adjusting the optical axis of an irradiating light transmitted through the lens 114 by changing the mounting angle of the lens 114 and the base member 112 relative to a vehicle body is provided to the base member 112. A pivot 140 which functions as the base point of the mounting angle when the optical axis is adjusted is provided to the lens 114.
