摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator of a rotary electric machine which, by reducing the number of insulation sheet layers in a route from the back part of a slot to a insertion part facing on the opening of the slot, can secure a distance from an opening end of the slot to an insertion part facing on the opening end to reduce eddy current loss in a coil on the upper layer side. <P>SOLUTION: A slot 12 has a lower layer insertion part 31 of a double-layered lap-wound coil 30 interposed on the back side thereof and also has an upper layer insertion part 32 interposed on an opening end side thereof away from the lower layer insertion part 31. The lower layer insertion part 31 has a lower layer insulation sheet 40 wound round it, and the upper layer insertion part 32 has an upper layer insulation sheet 41 wound round it. The lower layer insulation sheet 40 is provided with an extension part 40a extending to a second direction H2, which is opposite to a first direction H1, directing from an opposing surface 32a on the lower layer side of the upper layer insertion part 32 to an opposing surface 31b on the upper layer side of the lower layer insertion part 31, the extension part 40a being the one by which a creepage distance from the lower layer insertion part 31 is secured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
