摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switched capacitor circuit operating under a highly precise reference voltage without increasing power dissipation. <P>SOLUTION: The switched capacitor circuit comprises: (1) a switched capacitor type amplifier circuit 110a that includes a first switched capacitor (switches 11 to 13 and a feedback capacitor Cf), a sampling capacitor Cs, and an amplifier circuit 100; and (2) a reference voltage circuit 110b that supplies a reference voltage Vref to the switched capacitor type amplifier circuit 110a. The reference voltage circuit 110b has: a buffer circuit 1 that outputs the reference voltage Vref; and a second switched capacitor (a switch 10 and a capacitor Cc) connected between an output terminal 111 of the buffer circuit 1 and a reference voltage input terminal 112 for supplying the reference voltage Vref to the switched capacitor amplifier circuit 110a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
