<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray inspection device which can be easily attached to and detached from an existing line and can surely prevent leakage of X-rays. <P>SOLUTION: An X-ray inspection device 100 includes: connection units 120 and 130 attachable to and detachable from an existing top chain type conveyor 900; and a common unit 110 disposed beside the connection units 120 and 130. The connection units 120 and 130 include: leakage preventing covers 911 and 912 having a carry-in port 911A and a carry-out port 912A through which an article B is carried into and out from the common unit 110; and a receiving part 600 and a delivery part 800 which carry the article B to and from the common unit 110. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
