<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement setting data creation device that easily creates measurement setting data for measuring dimensions of a work. <P>SOLUTION: The measurement setting data creation device comprises: design data acquisition means for acquiring design data including position information on shape lines, position information on dimension lines, and design value information consisting of design values and tolerances related to the dimension lines; measurement object specification means for specifying a measurement object place and a measurement kind for a master image including the work; edge extraction means for extracting an edge from the master image with respect to the specified measurement object place; dimension value calculation means for calculating a dimension value at the measurement object place based upon the extracted edge; design value information extraction means for extracting design value information consisting of a design value close to the calculated dimension value from the design data; and measurement setting data creation means for creating the measurement setting data including the measurement object place information consisting of the specified measurement object place and measurement kind and the design value information related to the measurement object place. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
