<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin plate washing and drying apparatus for washing and drying thin plates, such as plates after punching is applied, which is small sized and simple, and to provide a method of washing and drying the thin plates. <P>SOLUTION: The thin plate washing and drying apparatus includes: an alkaline ion water manufacturing apparatus 2; a heating device 4 for heating the manufactured alkaline ion water; a conveying device 5 for conveying a thin plate 10 to be washed; a jet device 6 for spraying the heated alkaline ion water on both sides of the thin plate 10 conveyed by the conveying device 5; and a water absorption and drying apparatus 7 having first water absorption rollers 71 and 72 and second water absorption rollers 73 and 74 which constitute one part of the conveying device 5 and convey the thin plate 10 while wiping the heated alkaline ion water adhered on both sides of the thin plate 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
