The diameter 2r of the liquid reservoir projection 10 has a size for convecting to inner liquid L of a heat receiving heating vessel when the inner liquid L1 is heated. A projectively formed cyclic rim 12 is provided at the peripheral rim of the bottom of the heat receiving vessel 1, and the flow F flowing to a lateral surface side of the vessel body or the heated air A is sealed along the projection ring 11. Thus, the liquid reservoir projections increase heating areas and perform convective heat-transfer so as to improve heat conductivity and to prevent the heated flame or air from escaping to the periphery by the cyclic rim.
