<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a cleated mat which has a high degree of freedom for choosing the shape of antiskid projections formed in the lower surface, enables pile of pile fabric to stand firmly and prevents the pile fabric from exfoliating from a rubber sheet easily. <P>SOLUTION: The cleated mat is manufactured through the first vulcanization step in which an unvulcanized first rubber sheet 31 is set to a lower mold 10, an upper mold 20 is lowered and the top of the first rubber sheet is pressed with high pressure and vulcanized to form antiskid projections in the lower surface of the first rubber sheet and the second vulcanization step in which the top of the first rubber sheet finishing the first vulcanization step is covered with an unvulcanized second rubber sheet 32, the top is covered with a knitting fabric 33, the top of the knitting fabric is pressed with low pressure and the second rubber sheet is vulcanized to make the knitting fabric and the first rubber sheet integrated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
