A water-spraying cleaning brush includes a brush body (1) and brush bristles (3) that are implanted in the outside surface of the brush body (1). The brush body (1) is provided with at least one through hole (2) which passes through two opposite sides of the brush body (1). One end of the through hole (2) is a water inlet, and the other end is a water outlet. The water outlet is located in the brush bristles region that is implanted with brush bristles (3). A valve core (5) equipped with a water passage in itself is sleeved into the through hole (2). The valve core (5) is projected from the brush body (1), the periphery of the projection is provided with several water outlets (521) annularly. Water can be sprayed onto the brush bristles (3) directly when the water-spraying cleaning brush is spraying, and can flush out dirt on the brush bristles (3) simultaneously. Therefore, the efficiency of blushing is improved.
