<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for improving bioavailability by increasing an area under a blood concentration-time curve (AUC) by efficiently transferring a mineral compound containing a mineral such as calcium as a functional component into the blood by a nonconventional simple method without requiring a fine particle-forming (micronization or nanosization) step, a step for dispersing or dissolving the mineral compound in water, or a step for preparing multiphase emulsion such as S/O/W system. <P>SOLUTION: The bioavailability can be improved by increasing the area under the blood concentration-time curve (AUC) by efficiently transferring the mineral into the blood by combining an oil and fat, a surfactant and a vegetable fiber with the mineral compound containing the mineral such as the calcium.
