<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce loss of a switching element, for reduced size of the switching element and a heat sink. <P>SOLUTION: The power conversion equipment includes an inverter circuit 14 which performs DC/AC conversion with an output signal in synchronous with the output signal of a converter circuit 12 that converts a voltage of the supply current from a DC power source into an intermediate voltage by full wave rectification for outputting, which is supplied to a three-phase AC motor 15 being a load, an adder 20 which outputs a frequency control signal that controls frequency of the output signal of the converter circuit 12 based on the phase and frequency of three-phase AC current as well as a target phase and target frequency of the three-phase AC current that is to be supplied to the three-phase AC motor 15, and control parts 13 and 16 which control the converter circuit 12 and the inverter circuit 14 using, as a reference point, an intersection of full-wave rectification waveform of each phase on the envelope of full-wave rectification waveform of three-phase AC waveform corresponding to the target phase and target frequency of the three-phase AC current which is supplied to the three-phase AC motor 15 based on the frequency control signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
