<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To build a shop guide system which can grasp an exhibition location of a product easily, and can promote the sales of products. <P>SOLUTION: A shop guide system according to an embodiment comprises storage means, location detection means, product designation means, first identification means, second identification means, and display control means. The storage means stores exhibition locations of products and sales promotion information set for the exhibition locations of products. The location detection means detects locations of information processing terminals. The product designation means receives designation of products targeted for route guides. The first identification means identifies sales promotion information set for the exhibition location near the location detected by the location detection means from the storage means. The second identification means identifies the exhibition location of the designated products by the product designation means from the storage means.
