<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent a power generation panel from being moved in different directions and elevation angles due to wind. <P>SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generation system comprises a drive unit for driving a power generation panel 22 to obtain electric power from sunlight. The drive unit comprises: a speed reduction mechanism (drive unit) 26A for rotation which rotates and drives the power generation panel 22; and a speed reduction mechanism 26B for tilting which tilts and drives the power generation panel 22. The speed reduction mechanism 26A for rotation is configured by an inscribed engagement planetary gear mechanism having an input axis, an eccentric body provided in the input axis, an external tooth gear eccentrically vibrating through the eccentric body, and an internal tooth gear inscribed and engaged by the external tooth gear.
