摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that solves the problem of false recognition by an area camera used for imaging in which correct movements of the camera and correct images cannot be spliced when an inspection is needed for all the terminals to check if they have any deformation before mounting a press-fit connector to a substrate.

SOLUTION: Correct imaging is realized by moving a photographic object at a constant speed using a line camera. At the same time, clearer imaging is achieved by changing a position of lighting.
