<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost solution for adequately compensating output voltage dropping of a DC/DC converter due to wiring resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A DC/DC converter 12 is connected to a low voltage battery 13 via an ignition switch 16 and starts by means of the ignition switch 16. A transformation section 21 transforms a voltage from a high voltage battery 11 and supplies the voltage to the low voltage battery 13. A control circuit 24 calculates wiring resistance between the transformation section 21 and the low voltage battery 13 based on a voltage input from the low voltage battery 13 through the ignition switch 16 when the ignition switch 16 is connected, as well as the output voltage and output current from the transformation section 21, corrects a command value of an output voltage of the transformation section 21 based on the calculated wiring resistance, and controls the output voltage of the transformation section 21.
