<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a fire-resistant two-layer pipe which has sufficient fire-resistant and heat-insulating properties and a sound absorbing property and has good constructability. <P>SOLUTION: For this method of manufacturing a fire-resistant two-layer pipe, a heat-insulating and sound-absorbing pipe is fixed to the inner circumference of a mortal-made outer pipe by inserting the heat-insulating and sound-absorbing pipe, where a metallic film is stuck to its outer surface, around the inner pipe and next, inserting the inner pipe and the heat-insulating and sound-absorbing pipe into a prefabricated mortal-made outer pipe after applying an adhesive to the periphery of a metallic film, in a method of manufacturing the fire-resistant two-layer pipe which is composed of the inner pipe made of synthetic resin and the mortal-made outer pipe that is installed while being slidable in the longitudinal direction around the inner pipe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
