摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coolant water passage structure of an internal combustion engine that prevents air from staying in a passage in which a coolant water flows to obtain stable cooling. <P>SOLUTION: The structure includes: a water jacket 22 in which the coolant water flows; a coolant water introducing passage 31 which introduces the coolant water from the water jacket 22; a main water jacket 32 which diverges from the coolant water introducing passage 31 and extends in the same direction as an arrangement direction of a cylinder 21b, and in which the coolant water circulates to a radiator 20; a sub water jacket 33 which diverges from the coolant water introducing passage 31; and a circulating passage 35 in which the coolant water circulates from an opposite-side end port 33b to the water jacket 22, the opposite-side end port being positioned on an opposite side of a branch port 33a formed at a part where the sub water jacket 33 is branched.
