<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for joining a metal member by caulking, capable of ensuring sufficient conduction to improve reliability when applied to electric connection by more surely joining the metal member. <P>SOLUTION: A pressing recess 21a of a punch 21 is constituted of a center pressing portion 21b and a peripheral pressing portion 21c. The metal members 4, 5 clamped between a second die 12 and a pressing plate 22 are pressed by the center pressing portion 21b and the pressing recess 13, and then, the peripheral portions of the metal members 4, 5 which are pressed by the center pressing portion 21b are further pressed by the peripheral pressing portion 21c and are joined. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
