<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal steam trap capable of quickly discharging large quantity of condensed water. <P>SOLUTION: A valve casing comprising an upper casing 1 and an lower casing 2 forms an inlet opening 4, valve chamber 3 and outlet 5. A guide-out passage 8 communicating the valve chamber 3 with an outlet 5 is opened in the upper wall, and a valve seat member 7 in which a second guide-out passage 15 communicating the valve chamber 3 and the outlet 5 is opened in the surrounding wall, is arranged between the valve chamber 3 and the outlet 5. The temperature control element 9 having the wall member 10 and the diaphragm member 11 and the expandable medium 12 filled between both members and the inserted convex-shake valve member 13 attached to the valve seat member 7 side of the diaphragm member 11 and opening the communication passage 14 passing through the wall member 10 and the diaphragm member 11 and the valve member 13 is arranged in the valve chamber 3. The valve member 13 is driven by the displacement of the diaphragm member 11 by the expansion and contraction of the expandable medium 12, thereby the guide-out passage 8 of the valve seat member 7 is opened and closed in the deep wall of the valve member 13 and the second guide-out passage 15 of the valve seat member 7 is opened and closed in the surrounding wall of the valve member 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
