PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting material having superior film-forming property and high charge transporting performance compared with a conventional DNA composite by intercalating a fluorescent substance into DNA, and to provide an organic light-emitting element obtainable of high light-emitting intensity at a low voltage compared with an organic light-emitting element using a light-emitting layer of a conventional DNA composite, by providing a light-emitting layer formed as a thin film by using the above light-emitting material, the layer having smoothness and high charge transporting performance.
SOLUTION: The light-emitting material contains a deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), a conductive polymer having at least one amino group that can be protonated, in a main chain or a side chain, and entangling with the DNA, a lipid compound having a cationic functional group that is bonded to an anionic moiety of DNA, and a fluorescent light-emitting metal complex that is bonded to an anionic moiety of DNA. The organic light-emitting element includes a light-emitting layer containing the above light-emitting material, an anode for infusing a hole to the light-emitting layer, and a cathode for infusing an electron to the light-emitting layer.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
