A water discharging apparatus having water flow controlled by external sounds collected. The mechanism comprises: a shower (100), a solenoid valve (200), a control module (300), a blade wheel (410), a power generator (420), and a power supply module (400). The control module (300) comprises: a sound detecting module (310), a computing module (320), a processing module (330), and a driving module (340). The sound detecting module (310) collects external sounds, and transmits a control signal when a sound is received. The computing module (320) is connected to the power supply module (400), acquires a real-time water flow status, and judges whether or not the real-time water flow status exceeds the default water flow status, if yes, turns off the control module (300) and closes the solenoid valve (200). The processing module (330) is connected to the sound detecting module (310), and outputs a driving signal when the control signal is received. The driving module (340) is connected to the processing module (330) and the solenoid valve (200), and instructs the solenoid valve (200) to open or close when the control signal is received. The water discharging apparatus controls water flow by means of the external sounds collected, and the range of control is basically unrestricted, thus allowing convenient use.
